Important information before your arrival

Through our partner HOMERTI, you will receive a personal link via the messaging system of the platform where you made your booking.

Using this link, you must:

Pay the tourist tax.

Complete the online check-in form for each guest included in the booking.

Both steps must be completed before your arrival. Once completed, you will be able to use the same link on the day of check-in to view all the information required to access the hotel, including your assigned room and the access code for both the hotel and your room. The code consists of four digits followed by the # symbol.

If you do not complete both steps, you will not be able to view this information or obtain your access details.

Important: The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception service, so it is essential to complete the process before your arrival.
